Standard UK Delivery

All items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded, so a signature will be required on delivery. Items will be dispatched within two working days.

Delivery Costs

Items will be sent by Royal Mail, and therefore heavier items will cost more to post. Our delivery rates are either £3.95 or £5.95, depending on the size and weight of the item. For orders of more than one item, delivery will be £5.95 regardless of weight.

Can I amend my order?

Yes! Don?t worry if you need to amend your order. Simply call (01482) 481936 or email shop@gamebore.com

Can I track my delivery?

A Royal Mail tracking number will be included in your order confirmation email.

Can my items be delivered to a work address?

Absolutely! Simply provide your preferred delivery address when placing your order. Remember ? a signature will be required upon delivery.

What if I?m not home when the delivery is attempted?

If you?re not home when the postman calls, a card will be posted though your letterbox detailing how to arrange collection or redelivery.

International Delivery

For international postage please email shop@gamebore.com providing your delivery address so that a quote for carriage can be obtained.

Returns

You can return items within 28 days from the date of your purchase. All goods will be inspected on return. We will refund the cost of the item, not including the delivery fee.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that they are packed properly so they cannot be damaged on the way. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.  Our return address is: Gamebore Online Shop, Great Union Street, Kingston-Upon-Hull, East Yorkshire, HU9 1AR.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, simply return it to: Gamebore Online Shop, Great Union Street, Kingston-Upon-Hull, East Yorkshire, HU9 1AR and upon inspection, we will refund the price you paid. Please ensure that proof of postage is obtained.
